Today I'm going to talk about the benefits of adding Makhanas in your daily diet. Not only are they rich in various nutrients but also delicious in taste. • They are also beneficial for people with arthritis.
• Eating Makhanas 1 bowl each day also inproves metabolism and builds immunity.
